For customers who are subject to presentation, the "Request for Submission of Resident Card, etc." will be sent to the e-mail address or phone number registered in EPOS Net.

 

Customers who see "[Important] Please present your residence document" in the "Important Notices" section of the EPOS Net My Page/Application are also required to submit.
Please follow the instructions to complete the renewal process.
