Due to a move, marriage, etc., the address and name on my EPOS Card are different from those on my Residence Card. What procedures are required? エポスカードに登録している住所・氏名と、在留カードの情報が異なります。どのような手続きが必要ですか？

If the information (address and name) on the Residence Card you present is different from the information registered on your EPOS Card,
Please follow the procedure below.
 
①Change the information registered on the EPOS Card

②Present the Residence Card
 

ご提出いただく在留カードに記載の情報（住所・氏名）がエポスカードの登録情報と異なる場合は、
下記の順番で変更手続きをお願い致します。
①エポスカードの登録情報の変更手続き
②在留カードのご提出
