We will confirm your residency status, period of stay (date of expiration), etc. with your renewed Residence Card, so please present your Residence Card every time it expires. Two months before the period of stay (date of expiration) presented to the EPOS Card, we will send you a "Request for Submission of Resident Card, etc." by e-mail or SMS. Please follow the instructions to complete the renewal process.
For customers who do not receive emails or SMS, a “Request for Submission of Residence Card” will be sent by mail.Please attach a copy of your Residence Card or other documents to the enclosed form and return it.
更新後の在留カードにて在留資格・在留期間（満了日）等を確認させていただきますので、在留カードの期限が到来する都度ご提出をお願いします。エポスカードにお届けいただいた在留期間（満了日）の2カ月前にメールもしくはSMSで「在留カード等ご提出のお願い」をお送りします。記載の案内に従って更新手続きを行ってください。
