Customers who are subject to the renewal process will receive a "Request for submission of residence document" via e-mail or SMS to the e-mail address or phone number registered with EPOS Net. Please follow the instructions on the procedure screen to complete the renewal process.

For customers who do not receive emails or SMS, a “Request for Submission of Residence Card” will be sent by mail.Please attach a copy of your Residence Card or other documents to the enclosed form and return it.

メールやSMSが届かないお客さまには「在留カード等ご提出のお願い」を郵送いたします。在留カード等のコピーを同封の用紙に貼付のうえ、ご返送をお願いいたします。
